So, I just got back from Portland, Oregon, where I experienced the ultimate luxury.
Sister Goddesshood.
See, I was taking a parenting workshop on Collaborative Problem Solving. It was the most spot-on, to-the-core-of-the-issue set of tools for parenting I have ever encountered. But that is not why I am writing this. I am writing this because the way I got to the workshop was through a Sister Goddess who has similar parenting challenges. (She actually organized the workshop.) And then, while I was there, it was my birthday (Yay Gemini!!) and I had a Sister Goddess gang to go out and celebrate with, even though I was thousands of miles from home. Do you see where I am going with this?

Sister Goddesshood is the ultimate luxury.
Can you imagine Sister Goddesshood going global?

When I am next in Copenhagen, I can just go on Sistergoddess.com (the School of Womanly Arts Global Online Community) and see who’s around to go out with. When I’m home, whether I am having parenting challenges, or I need to brag, or have an emergency Spring Cleaning, or I want to hire a decorator, or I need advice on a really good brand of condoms, I will have the ultimate luxury — Sistergoddess.com at my fingertips.

Mama. You probably won’t remember this, but I wrote once, must be about two years ago now — pleading with you to create a network like this. This has been such a deep desire for so long, to be able to connect with other women online like I knew the Mastery students were. Bragging, getting assignments and inspiration — together! It must be ten years now since I first read your book, but I never was able to crack the code on my own…and now you have given me a way! I remember your reply Mama, that you were planning something like it. I know for sure I can’t have been the only one yearning for something like this!

I remember when the London Goddesses met Mama Gena all those years back, one of the things I begged her to do was set up a Sister Goddess forum. The Yahoo site has been great; thank you, Mama! But Sistergoddess.com was just what I pictured all those years ago and now it’s coming!
 You know what, I am saving to get married next year and finances are sooooooo tight, you just wouldn’t believe. BUT hey, I see that membership as an investment in my future, in my future husband’s future, an investment in happiness, and a tool to attract the wealth I need to get married. So I will definitely be signing up on the 15th!
