Darlings,

Anyone else feel the delicious crashing of the waves of change on their shores?
You know that feeling- like something is coming.
A wind change. A sea change. A looming storm. A new weather system.
That feeling is a prelude to a life change…

I am feeling it every which way but sideways right now. There is a wonderful man on my horizon- will I press go? Or push him away? There are a zillion huge decisions to make about my daughter and her next steps.

Will I stay safe- right here, where I am, right now?
Or is it time for me to get unbound?
And see where that leads me.
How do you respond when something great is coming?

Because something great is always coming. If you choose. In advance.
Of even, a perceived calamity.
And that is what it means to live a life unbound.

A life unbound is a life where a woman makes the rules, sets the intention, and leaps with abandon in the direction of her desires.

Which always, always, always takes herself, and others, higher.
And what most women have been taught to do is the opposite.
We are taught to panic.
Recoil.
Resist.
Hide.
Fall apart.
Tread water and complain our lives away.
And join the ranks of millions of depressed women in this world who never ever, quite ever, get what they want.

Thus, Miami.

Watch this video for a tiny taste of what’s in store!!

For three days this November, in the heat of South Beach, we’re gonna jump on the raw bones of living a life unbound.

Who’s coming?

There will be brand new women who have never done a class at The School of Womanly Arts, before. There will be Boot Campers, Mastery grads, and Inner Circlets.

There will be a celebration of womanhood such like the world has never seen.

The World Wide Sister Goddess Reunion is a three day immersion in the Womanly Arts, and this new curriculum of A Life Unbound. It is like a giant pleasure research sandbox. Each day, there is time spent in class with me, followed by retreat time.
Retreat time includes basking in the sun on the beach with your Sister Goddesses, flirting, swimming in the warm Miami water, dancing, and writing our unbound desires in the sand.

Sigh.

Sisters, it is time for me to make some moves and create some waves in my life. Big-assed honkin’ waves.
And lunge with abandon towards creating my “what’s next.”
And if that desire has your name all over it, come join me at the World Wide Sister Goddess Reunion in Miami!!!

Here’s what you’ll get at the World Wide Sister Goddess Reunion: A Life Unbound:

Find out where it is YOU are stuck, settling, and playing it safe

Identify exactly what it is that keeps you restrained and restricted

Learn how pleasure and The Womanly Arts can slice right through those invisible slave chains that keep you bound

Being Unbound: without losing a pound, without getting more sleep, without changing a hair on your head.

My NON-NEGOTIABLES to living a life UNBOUND

Festivities Include:

Three live events with me, Mama Gena, at the Convention Center in South Beach, Miami, Florida

The opportunity to connect with Sister Goddesses from around the globe

Parties, parties, and more parties in South Beach

Beach time, shopping, lying by the pool, and plenty of pleasure research homework

A special reading from my upcoming book — just for YOU!

In what area of your life do YOU want to unbind? Bring it to Miami, and allow yourself to surrender to the power and magic of Sister Goddesses from all over the world. Sisterhood is one of the most powerful ingredients in the unbinding cocktail — to have all of us there to empower you and stand for you living your full value and measure of worth.

WORLD WIDE SISTER GODDESS REUNION 2011: South Beach, Miami, Florida

The time has come for women to unbind. Every time the Sister Goddess Community takes over Miami, miracles and magic ensues.

With so much love and pleasure,

Mama Gena

World Wide Sister Goddess Reunion: A Life Unbound FAQs:

When? Where?
Start time: Friday, November 11, 2011, 7:30pm.
End time: Sunday, November 13, 2011, 2:30pm.
All of the class sessions will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

I’ve never taken any of your classes; can I still come? Yes! As I state in my book, every woman is a Sister Goddess; therefore, if you’re a woman over 18 years of age, this party is for you!

How much does the Reunion cost? The cost for the Reunion is $350. If you sign up with at least one girlfriend, you can each attend the Reunion for only $299 each. (Your girlfriend has 10 days to enroll alongside you in order for you both to receive the $299 rate.) I’ve had Sister Goddesses enroll groups of friends and even their entire staff. If your whole family, village, office, or block enrolls together, each woman will pay only $299. I love your appetite for sisterhood!

How do I enroll? Registration is open and the Pleasure Pilgrimage has begun! It’s easy to enroll—call us at 212-787-2411 x1, or enroll online. Come take part in what has become an incredible Sister Goddess tradition!

Can men come? Yes! While the general Reunion sessions are for my Goddesses only, your men are welcome to hang out at the beach after sessions and attend our parties, including the famous Pink Party!

If I’m a Mastery grad, can I sign up with another Mastery grad(s)? ABSOLUTELY! One of the things I love most about The School of Womanly Arts is the amazingly strong friendships that are created! AND I would be absolutely delighted for you to bring your friends, your sisters, and/or your mama. It’s going to be an absolutely rockin’ experience to have new Sister Goddesses mixing with Mastery grads mixing with Mastery speakers. It’s come one, come all, and I’m relying on each of you to gather the troops so we can turn Miami into Pleasure Central.

Can I come by myself? Absolutely! Come and make new friends.

Which airport should I fly in to? You can fly into Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale. Miami International is closer.

Picture this:

Me, Davin, and Beth, at The Pleasure Palace, on the computer, and the phone.

With over 150 women from all over the world, connected, like little points of light.

For one fat hour.

On the topic of pleasure.

Whoa.

Everyone has their version of a dream come true. This was mine.

International pleasure.

International sisterhood.

International community.

Right here, right now, in my lifetime.

How to describe the feeling?

Like spinning around a global dance floor.

Like being in a gang of gorgeous spiders, weaving the same web.

Like watching your greatest dream’s molecules assemble right before your very eyes.

A woman from Saudi Arabia gets to brag with a woman from South Africa.

Sister Goddesses from days of yore mix with brand new women who just read my book yesterday, for the first time.

Women who have all felt a calling, a yearning, a longing for something more, something deeper than what the culture offers as a life.

Women who want sisterhood, who want to live their power, who want their desires to design their destiny. Who want great sex, great friendship, great careers, and no more compromise.

Virtual Pleasure Boot Camp launched last Friday.

And launched me right into a whole new stratosphere of sisterhood and deep appreciation and gratitude.

I could not be more excited to be on this adventure.

I am so grateful to each woman who has chosen to be virtual. And more importantly, chosen pleasure as her new paradigm.

With so much love and pleasure,

Mama Gena

Darlings,

There is a territory, a location, a place, where a woman comes alive. Where she is effortlessly powerful and radiant and flush with her own beauty.

What's your streetcar named desire?

It is a place called Rapture.

None of us were taught how to find this place.

Or where it is.

In fact, we were actually taught to run the other way, and stay far, far away.

That Rapture was dangerous.

And could get a girl into trouble if she wasn’t careful.

In fact, we were all taught that it was the darkest, most treacherous, and most reviled part of womanhood.

Many of us grew up quite scared by the depth and breadth of that capacity within us. I know I did. But it is a part of the soul of woman that deserves to be both explored and mined for the hidden treasures it contains.

Rapture is the precise cliff we jump off, in Inner Circle.

Why? Well, it is the “worst” parts of woman that I am the most excited to encounter.

There is some raw longing that brings a woman to Inner Circle. And at the start of every cycle, each woman brings an image or object to represent her longing and what she wants to create (pictured above).

It has nothing to do with doing. It has to do with a state of being. This state of being is the Pleasure Revolution in action, but there is no action. It’s a paradigm shift. It does require some willingness and it does require some surrender to a part of the nature woman that is not valued by the collective, but it is the eternal piece of you.

So, I wanted to celebrate these 75 women who chose to boldly go where no woman has gone before, and take that jump off the high dive, right into the heart of Rapture, with me. We had our first Inner Circle event, last month. And I am still riding on the gorgeous wave of these extraordinary women who have stepped forward with so much courage, to dive deeply, 20,000 leagues under the sea, to collect the rare pearls that have always been their birthright.

What an extraordinary country that we live in, to be able to even have a place to explore these matters, in this way, in community. I am so grateful.

With so much love and pleasure,

Mama Gena

If you’re a Sister Goddess who has her own business and wants to make more money, and reach more people via the Internet, you have to check this out. Two of my favorite entrepreneurs, Marie Forleo and Laura Roeder, are sharing some incredible online training videos as part of their Rich Happy & Hot b-school launch – for free!

In this video series they’ll share detailed case studies, reveal exactly how they make money online, explain marketing strategies in a simple and fun way, AND teach you how you can do it, too – all for FREE! Not to mention they make it super fun and sexy…no buttoned up business training here. (I hear there’s a movie trailer and music videos—these ladies know how to make business fun!)

One last important thing… Marie told me that since these videos are part of their b-school launch, they won’t be available forever. So if free business training turns you on, go sign up to watch them now. Both of these women have added so much to my business. In fact, I took this program last year and it inspired us to add well over six figures to our bottom line. And the quality of this material is incredible. I’d really take advantage of all this goodness if I were you. Use this as a kick-start to get your genius out into the world in the most pleasurable (and profitable) way possible!

With so much love and pleasure,

Dear Sister Goddesses,

It’s happening! Next month! On the East Coast! My Sacred Success™ Retreat. But it’s limited to only 25 women. And space will go fast!

What is Sacred Success™?

Sacred Success™ is my latest body of work. It is for women who’re out of debt and on the verge of or have reached Affluence. It is the most powerful material I’ve ever created.

There are 3 levels of Financial Development

Survival — doing what it takes to stay afloat

Stability — generating enough cash flow to meet your needs, eliminate debt, and protect your future.

Affluence — accumulating ample disposable income to live the life of one’s dreams

For over a decade, I’ve been leading women to Financial Stability in my Overcoming Underearning workshops.

Sacred Success™ is the journey from Stability to Affluence. Believe me, it’s very different from OU. At this level, Financial Success becomes not just a practical process but a Spiritual Practice.

Why is Sacred Success™ Important?

I believe the planet desperately needs Affluent Women.

As Mother Theresa once said: “It takes a checkbook to change the world.” I’m convinced that when enough financially independent women reach critical mass, we’ll have the resources, values, vision, and sensitivity to heal this planet and change this world.

I want to be part of making that happen. And I’d love you to join me. Together we can pump up the Pleasure Revolution through the Power of Our Purse!

Who should attend?

If you’ve already achieved a great deal, yet still deeply desire, definitely deserve, and fully expect to reap even greater financial rewards…

If you strive for ever higher earnings, but at the same time sense there’s more to success than making lots of money…

If you’re finally debt free, ready to live a richly rewarding yet more meaningful life…

If you’ve inherited or married wealth and desire to be a responsible, powerful steward of this money…

… then you won’t want to miss my Sacred Success™ Retreat.

What will you take away?

Learn the 4 surprising steps to Sacred Success™

Pinpoint the legacy you wish to leave

Figure out your Highest Purpose based on your deepest truths

Integrate the 4 prerequisites for Sacred Success™

Understand the 4 Rules for Receiving, critical to achieving affluence

Powerfully navigate and appreciate the Value of the Void

Practice the 4 levels of Disciplined Action

Discover your path to Greatness

Blow the lid even further off your earning ceiling and/or relationship to wealth

Be held accountable for stretching farther than ever before

Receive valuable follow-up support after the retreat is over, including private coaching with me

East Coast Sacred Success Retreat Dates

Seminar begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 12 and ends 1:00 pm on May 15th.

Location When I launched the Sacred Success Retreat last year in Washington State, I had a huge request for one on the East Coast— so here it is! It is the only one I will be doing on the East Coast this year. The Sacred Success™ Retreat, limited to 25 women, will be held in the serene, scenic, and plush Mt. Washington Conference Center in Baltimore, MD. (www.mtwashconfctr.com)

Price: The all-inclusive price includes lodging for 3 nights and all meals beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with lunch on Sunday, the Sacred Success™ workbook, and a one-hour private follow-up coaching session with me (a $550 value alone!) for only $2,178.00.

If anything you’ve read resonates with you, if you’re ready to be one of the 25 women leading the way to Sacred Success™, click here to find out more.

Darlings,

I am just back from Morocco, where I spent two weeks and two days with my daughter, Maggie, seven of her classmates, three other moms, two dads, one sister, and the founders of her boarding school, Mary and Kenny.

The purpose of the trip was for us to trek across the Sahara for four nights and five days, camp out at night, and then to go to Marrakech, where we did service work at an orphanage for four days. In between, we had a day of sightseeing in London, and two days in Marrakech.

Morocco is a place where various ancient indigenous cultures live side by side, winding their way around each other, geographically, like the circular cobblestone streets of the medina, each archway holding thousands of years of history, each doorway leading to some impossible-to-imagine world that opens, and then shuts, as if it had never been, or, perhaps, as if it has always been.

Donkeys share the roads with goats, chickens, bicycles, motorcycles, cars and pedestrians. We took an eight-hour journey from Marrakech, through the Atlas mountains, covered in snow, and arrived at the edge of the Sahara at nightfall, meeting up with our guides and camels, and setting up camp.

This was my first time, camping out. Yes, you heard me. I came, I saw, I camped.

The girls had bought a soccer ball to entertain themselves. And what we discovered, over the next few days, was that whenever they played, local kids of all ages would appear—as if by magic—wherever we were, to join the game. We would trek for six hours a day, and when we would stop for a picnic, in the middle of nowhere, suddenly a Berber child or two would come running across the desert to play soccer.

One day, we stopped on the edge of a village in the Sahara. There was a tiny one-room schoolhouse nearby. Some small kids from the schoolyard came and grabbed the ball, and our girls ran to the schoolyard, and played, just over a stone fence, out of our sightlines. About 20 minutes later, one of our girls came back, soccer ball in hand, looking upset. A moment later, another one of our girls arrived in hysterical tears, flinging herself on the ground, unable to stop crying.

Mary and Kenny had the situation in hand, so we waited until evening Circle to get the story.

Western women and girls have a tough time in Morocco. We do not wear veils, we do not hide from view, as do the women of Morocco. And even when wearing long sleeves and trousers, the outlines of our bodies are visible in a way that is not customary in this culture. The girls had been drawing lots of attention from boys from the moment we arrived. Some girls found this beguiling, some girls found it offensive, and some girls were just plain scared. In this case, some of the older boys had asked to take pictures with the girls after the soccer game. The girls felt comfortable enough to agree. And then, some of the boys put their arms around them. And asked for their watches and bracelets. Some of the girls rebuffed the attention. Some of the girls enjoyed it and flirted back. At one point, the boys’ attention crossed the line from fun to discomfort. The boys stole a kiss. Which resulted in the tears, and then, accusations.

The discussion that evening became emotionally charged. The girls reported lots of different responses; some of them were able to say “no” to the boys. Some felt powerless to stop them. Some loved the attention and encouraged it. The girls who had said “no” were really down on the girls who did not. And of course, the parents, filled with concern, were extremely upset with the girls who had not declined the attention.

I listened carefully to the criticism and fear. And finally spoke my truth.

“We live in a world that does not understand or value the power of woman. Women do not understand it, nor do men. In fact, we are on a continent in which 92 million women have undergone Female Genital Mutilation, and three million young girls each year are at risk for this procedure. There is a child, right now, having her genitals cut, because her culture does not want her to own her birthright, her power as a woman.

“And right now, in our world, there is no place for a young woman to practice taking ownership of this innate power that is her birthright. Boys get to practice. But we criticize our girls for experimenting.

“What happened here today was great research. Our girls were but an arm’s reach away from us, and they experimented with their impact in public view, with a group of kids, in the company of one another. And the moment they got in above their heads, they reached out for help. This was a perfect experiment, executed perfectly. Our girls now know more about their impact. They know more about the boys in this culture. And without knowing it, they have already learned how to make even better decisions about using their innate power next time. A woman’s power is something that has to be learned, just like learning to walk, or talk, or play soccer. We start out not understanding the game and gradually build more and more skills. Going too far is part of learning. So is not going far enough. Every time you play, you get better. Especially with encouragement and appreciation, which these girls have earned today. Each of our girls played with her whole heart, and pressed into new depths of her emerging womanhood, in a foreign culture, with great courage. I honor each one of them. And I honor the pain of the risks that each of them has taken, even in bringing this experience forward for our attention.”

The girls’ relief at my comments was enormous.

They went from bad girls to heroines, in the flash of a paradigm shift.

This was not the only paradigm shift in Morocco that month. A few days before my arrival, 600 African women gathered under a white tent in Tangier. They traveled from all over the continent to celebrate the 100th Annual International Women’s Day, and to talk about government.

The meeting was the first forum of locally elected African women organized by the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa. It took place as the winds of change were sweeping North Africa. Both Tunisia’s President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak had been toppled, and unrest raged in Bahrain, Yemen, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Libya—and host nation Morocco.

Women are waking up, internationally, experimenting with using their voices and standing in their power.

I am so grateful to have had a chance to travel to this part of the world, with my daughter and her school. I feel even more aware of my leadership and my responsibility in this world.

Our Sister Goddess Community is so powerful.

I know that each time we inhabit the fullness of our freedom and stand inside our gorgeous, radiant, eternal, incandescent power, we open the doors for women everywhere on this planet to do the same.

Each of us has a part to play in our own personal Pleasure Revolution.

I have let you into my most recent chapter.

How are you rocking yours?

With so much love and pleasure,

Mama Gena

Okay, have you ever gotten so flooded with your own dazzling beauty and brilliance that you just wander around giggling and chuckling like a fool?

Really.

I am a little woozy, a little wan, and wandering around whispering, “Heh, heh, heh,” as I review the opening weekend of the ninth session of the School of Womanly Arts Mastery Program.

We had over 200 women from nine different countries, including Qatar and Kuwait.
Women from 31 different states.
30 Team Pleasure volunteers.
20 Big Sisters.

All creating barrels of starlight, handfuls of glitter, magic by the boatload, rivers of tears, joy unbound, crazy dancing sisterhood, an eternity of universal love, Broadway entrances with singing nuns, Elvis stripteasers, African dance, and yo’ Mama getting savaged onstage by a desperately hot trainer who I have a huge crush on.

It was quite a caper.
How instantly we recognize and live into sisterhood.
Check out this off-the-hook e-mail I received this morning, from a brand-new student, Sister Goddess Annie:

My Gawdess!

What a torrent of ruthless magic you are. I expected a lot but you blew my socks off, well my panties, actually.
I love your relentless audacity, your wily candor, your panache.

I’ve been sourcing my reality from “down there” ever since, and my guy has been falling all over me.
Not to mention I’m getting more sex and adoration from a man who already bowed to me daily.

I love your witchery, and I revere you.
But even more, I’m starting to revere the little girl inside me who deserted her “p” at age four to take refuge in her mind.
Ever since, she’s built magnificent bridges and fantastical narratives trying to find her way back.
When all along, just like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, all she had to do is click her heels, and she’d be home.

Thanks for reminding me.

There’s no place like home,
There’s no place like home,
There’s no place like home.

Love,
A

And, my darlings, my wish for you:
That you feel the force of Mastery’s explosion of reclamation in your own lives, right here, right now.
And that you, too, remember…
That home is right there—yes, right there—where you are.

With so much love and pleasure,

Mama Gena

SG Varkoshka's Mastery journey taught her to not only live depression free--but in PLEASURE! That's right...bye-bye antidepressants!

Sisters,

Depression. Numbness. Anger.
When there’s no enthusiasm, no turn-on, it bleeds the energy from every part of your life.
And we have all been there.
Every time we are faced with a situation that we don’t feel thrilled with, we are overwhelmed. And when we are overwhelmed, doubts about ourselves, and our decisions, suck us down that old familiar drain.
Anytime there is something in our lives that’s making us unhappy, it’s like a slow leak in a tire. Until we find what the leak is, we can’t really get the tire all filled and fat and ready to roll us down the highway toward our desires because we’re limping along, losing steam, losing energy.

This is where Mastery comes in. Within the context of the course and the support of the Sister Goddess community, you will begin the art of learning–step-by-step, with baby steps–how to love yourself, how to really cherish yourself, how to prioritize yourself and how to consider your desires as being primary and important.

Your pleasure is not FRIVOLOUS. It is a profound essential element for women. And without it, a woman finds herself cut off from herself, her wisdom, her life force. Hence the host of eating disorders, autoimmune diseases, cancers, depression, anxiety, overspending, and all around ANGER that plague women today.

Yes. Your pleasure is that important.
And The School of Womanly Arts is the ONLY school of its kind. I designed my Mastery Program to reconnect you with your desires, your pleasure and an incredible community of women to take the journey with you.

SG Varkoshka’s Mastery journey did just that. After years of suffering from severe depression, she learned to not only live depression free–but in PLEASURE! That’s right…bye-bye antidepressants!

*

I found out about Mama Gena from one of my best friends, who brought me to a Mastery Intro session that featured Dr. Christiane Northrup as a guest speaker. I have huge respect for Dr. Northrup, and when I heard that her daughters were enrolled, I figured it must be an amazing program, so I signed up right then and there. As an artist working in the non-profit sector, the cost of the program was a major expenditure. And it was worth every penny.

Before Mama Gena, I didn’t know how to be a woman. Mastery allowed me to take huge steps toward living my life to the fullest, as a woman exploring her pleasure potential in many ways. But the area of my life that has been most significantly impacted by my Mastery experience stems from the age of about fourteen, when I developed anorexia.

Living in rural Pennsylvania at that time, no one had a clue what was wrong with me. The doctor prescribed Valium because he thought I was just nervous. My parents punished me if I didn’t eat by not allowing me to go out with my friends. But anorexia is much stronger than any threats of punishment. By the time I finished my first year of college, I was admitted into the hospital for four months, weighing in at 67 pounds (I am 5’8’’, and even at my current weight of 115 pounds, I am considered underweight).

Although the odds were against me, I somehow managed to physically survive and return to college, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. But of course the underlying issues of my anorexia persisted. It wasn’t until I was about 30 years old that I could eat food in the presence of other people without having a panic attack.

Over the years, I continued to suffer from severe depression. During Mastery, I was taking antidepressants, which helped a lot, however, they took a drastic toll on my libido. I felt dead sexually. After getting all juiced up from Mastery, I decided it was critical that I wean myself off the medication. I wanted my sexuality, my power source, back. Mama Gena gave me the tools to get myself off the meds and live depression-free—not just depression-free but in pleasure!

One of the most valuable tools I learned was expressing gratitude. “Spring cleaning” has also allowed me to achieve clarity and recognize and process my underlying emotions. The “desire list” is another one of my favorites. Before Mastery, I always had a lot of trouble even feeling desire. Hearing other women express their desires has helped me uncover and own what I want. Mostly, though, I think the highest value of the Sister Goddess network is the comfort in finding commonality. During Mastery, we were all in it together. I no longer felt alone in struggling to make sense of women’s shifting roles and expectations. Every single woman’s power and pleasure was a benefit to us all (one of my mottos is now “Pleasure to the People”). It was incredibly informative to witness other women’s blocks and triumphs and apply it to my own experience. I am now 50, and it is especially inspiring to see ladies in their 60s and 70s who are totally rocking.

It’s been over three years since I’ve been completely off antidepressants, and not once have I dipped into the depths I used to visit regularly. I recently had a conversation with my mother, who told me how well I’ve been doing and how I haven’t been depressed in years. She was absolutely shocked when I told her I hadn’t been taking medication. I am now brimming with desires, one of which is a fulfilling long-term relationship.

I have two graduate degrees, and I genuinely feel that my training with Mama Gena is vastly more important. If you’re not able to locate and radiate pleasure in your life, everything else is meaningless. Thank you again to Mama, all of you in Mama’s crew, and all the women in Mastery whose energy and experiences propelled me into a new way of living!

Love,

SG Varkoshka

Depression, numbness, anxiety, anger–these are all signs that something’s not quite right. When used to go higher, you can see that these signs are your wake-up calls that it’s time for something to change.

The question is: Are you ready to take it on?

Mastery is designed to provide you with a community in which you will receive the kind of support, inspiration, encouragement and infusion of enthusiasm and joy that will permit you to regard every aspect of your life with a sense of objectivity—enough so that you can begin to facilitate change.

It would be my honor and my privilege to have you in this class.
It’s going to be OFF. THE. CHARTS.

Enrollment ends TODAY, Wednesday, March 2nd at 5pm EST.

Call the Palace at 212-787-2411 x1 to grab your spot–and find out about our incredible payment plans! OR ENROLL ONLINE. When you pay in full, you save $200 off the tuition.

Bring it on, Sisters.

The games begin this Saturday!

With so much love and pleasure,

It takes a village.
All women know the truth of that.
Hilary Clinton coined this phrase when she spoke of raising of a child- and I’ve found that the same applies in raising a woman.
Yes, raising.
Raising her orbit.
Raising her income.
Raising her hopes.
Raising her expections.
Raising her eyesight, her imagination, her reach.
The Womanly Arts Mastery Program was designed intentionally to surround and support a woman as she lives in the action of creating her desires.
And it takes a village. From the women in the class- the Sister Goddess Community- to the incredible Guest Teachers I bring in- who are all pioneers in their fields- to the 30+volunteers who help produce the event- to the Big Sister Goddesses- grads who lead a group of Sister Goddesses throughout the 6 month process. There are calls, an online community, homework and tools and arts to guide and inform the unfolding process. A village. Primitive. Wild. Indigenous. And perfect.
I don’t know a more powerful village/tribe for women on this planet.
I do know that the results of this village on a woman’s soul and life are unprecedented.
Every woman deserves a village dedicated to her dreams.

SG Yaf is an incredible example of a woman being raised by a village. How else does a woman go from bankruptcy to six figures, and creating her own foundation?

I started Mastery in the spring of 2008, two years after incurring over $50,000 in debt from my ex and filing for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I had just been audited by the IRS, who were demanding tens of thousands of dollars from me, and I felt burdened by the shame and guilt of that debt.

I remember our first “swamp” exercise in Mastery, when we learned to powerfully embrace our dark feelings. I felt a ton of bricks lifted from my shoulders. And the liberation continued throughout that first weekend of Mastery. My journey toward financial recovery had begun!

I actually learned to get into agreement with my bankruptcy and realize what a genius I was for creating my debt, so that I could then create financial empowerment. Learning to swamp allowed me to release my shame and own my creative power. These moves saved my life! I was anew! Bills to pay—yes! But no more fear of interest and collection calls.

Mastery also gave me access to an array of pioneering guest speakers: leaders in the fields of women and money, sensuality, health and love. Without Mastery, I might never have met Barbara Stanny, a.k.a. The Money Goddess! This magnificent woman taught us about the relationship between pleasure and finances and the true meaning of financial empowerment. It was through exposure to her work with six-figure women that I realized I wanted to become one myself!!!!

Throughout Mastery, I benefitted not only from the work of Mama and her guest speakers, but also from the example of so many other powerful and successful women around me who were creating wonderful lives. During graduation, SG Ruth revealed that she used the tools of Spring Cleaning and partying with money to increase abundance into her life! I immediately spring cleaned for 30 days on money, and it has since become nearly a daily practice. My relationship with money flourished as I began to consciously honor it.

But I was still working long hours with little savings and desiring a better job that I did not believe I could have. SG Alice would lovingly tease, Sure, stay there and keep working for nothing! It hurt but I knew she was right. So one day I decided to organize my very first Jewelry Trunk Show! The support of my sisters was overwhelmingly beautiful. Seeing their belief in me ignited my desire for greatness, no matter what it took! I walked from 47th St down to SoHo repeating my “womantra,” I believe in myself! I am enough!!! Having a successful event showed me my own power. I could now submit my resignation. I asked my Sister Goddesses to send their juice! I knew my sisters were there for me, so what was the worst thing that could happen? I was done working for nothing and having no life!!!

When I told my boss I was resigning, he offered to double my salary! Because I was standing for my value and my abilities, I didn’t even have to ask for it! I decided to continue with the company and become a six-figure woman! And it was the Womanly Arts and the work of another guest speaker that Mama brought in, Jill Rogers, that helped me to see my boss as more than just a boss. Her Seven Sacred Steps of Extraordinary Loving have altered my life.

Yet once again, I still felt unhappy. I felt I had to choose between time and money! But Mama had taught me well; I wanted to go from good to great! I kept up with the spring cleaning and decided to become a licensed real estate agent. This was a way to test my skills in a different arena that I felt might be able to provide me with time AND money. And I wanted to spend a lot of my time with a special someone…

At the end of my first Mastery I met a man that I really liked. He lived outside the US so time was truly of the essence. Armed with renewed strength and confidence, six months after I had been offered a higher salary, I visited my boss and resigned again (my favorite new negotiating tool). I thanked him for the opportunity to work with him for so many years and acknowledged him for all the gifts he had given me.

I brag that he offered I become a share partner in the company and earn ten percent of the annual sales with a guaranteed minimum earning in the six figures. The possibilities here are endless!

I brag that in 2010 I took eight weeks off PAID, and on October 1st, 2010, I married the love of my life- you guessed it, the same man I met at the end of Mastery in September 2008.

I further brag that I am the founder of ASB Foundation, named after my father, Amette Saloum Boye, and our website just went live a few days ago. This foundation supports the children of lepers in Koutal, Senegal by giving them the gift of being kids. This is a dream-come-true for me, as I desire to make millions, save millions, invest millions, and give millions!

I have no doubt in my mind that without the tools, incredible teachers, and women I met in Mastery, that none of this would have happened.

I am so grateful!

Love,
Sister Goddess Yaf

It takes a village.
And it takes filled-up, pleasure-filled, empowered women to raise children, run companies, lead countries, and change the world.
It begins with you, and we’re here to support your biggest brightest vision of yourself- and then expand you even past that!
