Thank you so much Regena for responding to our posts! I feel like sharing w/you all that I see the face of woman changing rapidly in our world. And thank YOU Regena for having dreamed this and invoked it w/your visionary appetite.

In the magazine section of my local library, I happened to see a "fiery bouquet" of this months magazines. On all the covers were women (as usual) but they were all TIGRESSES. They were all not as polished as the usual air-brushed crop. They looked like they'd just tussled out of bed with a new lover and they all had this look in their eyes-fierce-determined -wise and turned on.

I attended the women's teleconference in which Regena was the shining star. One fascinating subsequent follow-up email from the conference quoted the Dali Lama as saying: "It will be the Western woman who will save humanity. "The "magazine -women's" eyes proclaimed this truth.

I am grateful for Regena's words, "When a woman is going for her pleasure, you will see a hero standing by her side." Thank you Regena, for the precious break-through coaching you gave me. During that time, a latent talent in me blossomed forth-music. Thank you for encouraging me to head down to the West Village for "Pasta Night" song- writing work-shop w/Bob Dylan's contemporary Jack Hardy who taught me the bones of song-writing craft. It has been about 5 years I have been- as the courageous Sister Goddess Julia Butterfly Hill says, "following the call of my heart." I have not one but five heroes by my side, not the least of which is legendary 15-time Grammy-Award winning producer Phil Ramone, my producer. I followed my ravenous appetite for music and the joy and healing it gave me and I have attracted the best of the best on
all fronts. I now know what it means to surrender to a desire and that a mission is a vision you surrender to-a vision and a mission way bigger than my sense of smallness and comfort and how only an appetite/vision of that magnitude resonates with the true largesse of the heart and one's potential.

One of the many magical miracles that happened on my music journey was this:I had this desire to live at the Laguna Niguel Ritz Carlton Hotel In California. Just for a few months. This would have cost around $60,000 but I had made friends w/a Ritz employee. Let's call him hero #6. I told him my desire. My desire was quite potent as this was in the deep freeze of one of the coldest winters on record (2 yrs ago). He arranged for me-yup you guessed it- live at the Ritz for the whole winter for a few thousand dollars. They put me in an ocean front room and it was one of the most ecstatic and life-changing experiences of my life.

Back to food! Two minutes away from the Ritz, was The Montage Hotel. OMG! I ate breakfast there every day. The terrace looked out over the glittering Pacific and I had the most awesome French toast with a shitake mushroom, wilted spinach and boursin cheese omelet and a side of rosemary fingerling roasted potatoes. (I'm raw 95% but this was this was my lux hotel breakfast moment.)

I was so delighted by your shares and by my gratitude to Regena, that I wanted to share all this goodness with you.

You all ROCK!

@ Wildcherry- I can't wait to ready your love letters! I'm already turned on by your food choices :)
@SG Tiiu- I am so with you on the coffee thing! I took a sip of mine today and sighed with pleasure! Indulge indulge indulge!
@SG Wildkat- share away baby! We all deserve to know and relish our desires! I love how you used food terms- that hits the spot! Adorable!
@SG Shushann- I love the expression- explosions of pleasure in my mouth...wow what that image conjures up!
@SG Carissa- Ok...anyone else seeing a whole new clothing line opportunity? Fruit leather chaps. Fruit leather skirts, ahhhh the possibilities are endless. Make sure you pick a good song to peel out of!
@SG B- thanks for the compliment girlfriend!
@ SG Aurocale- can't wait to hear the results! Post us one of those thank you notes!
@SG Louisa- that's the key- let go of the whole restrictions and TRUST your appetite- it's the whole deal! Thanks for your insights :)
@SG Elizabeth- Oh yeah! This past winter I went on a raw food retreat that rocked my world! And thanks for the tip on Pure Food and Wine! You're a chick who knows how to take her pleasure! OUTSTANDING!

I should have a party to coffee! Freeze-dried instant Tchibo or Dallmayer mmmmm... With milk, or perhaps fresh whipped cream, and raisins at the bottom.. This has been my saviour late at night, when the kids are in bed, most of office work is done and the house is quiet. I know I should go to bed immediately, not eat anything, but there I am, with my coffee at 1 a.m. Love ya, friend!

Dear Regena,

What you are doing w/sg.com, have done and will do are all wonderful and your divinely ahead of your time. (Luckily time is catching up.) Several years ago I went raw, food-wise and it is ecstasy like I've never known when it comes to eats. I read David Wolf's EATING FOR BEAUTY which was so pleasurable. In the end of the book he mentioned the NYC restaurant PURE FOOD AND WINE saying, "A meal at this place will change your life." When I read those words, they just went through me like electric jazz.I went and it did. I am a real foodie but raw is the most delicious. In terms of your corn chip affair, I got myself a dehydrator and make raw corn chips which are the best ever. In terms of the entenmanns, one of my former lover's as well, head to PF&W and get your hands on a moon pie made by genius master pastry chef Janna. I love beauty. It inspires and moves me. I look younger and more beautiful now than I did 20 years ago. I love eating for beauty.

The "moon pie experience": (BTW decadent as this sounds, these foods reverse the aging process and burn fat off of you.)

Thick custardy vanilla cream made of cocnuts, agave cashews, sandwiched between walnut/chocolate cookies and enrobed in dark chocolate. It's served cold so it's almost like a gourmet ice cream sandwich. The 1st X I tasted it I felt so ecstatic and deeply nourished and actually... moved that some thing we tend to think is so detrimental to health was singing and throbbing this profound life force and ecstatic taste into me.
Another thing that inspires me is the intense beauty of other people's bodies who have been eating this way for a long time. They and I exude a pure, angelic yet sensuous beauty.

Love you,
