I will add pleasure by making order out of my desk–I know that sounds maybe weird, but it is a total mess and I love when it is neat and clean and I will wipe it down with this delicious plant-based home cleaner that is infused with eucalyptus, rosemary peppermint and spearmint–it just calms my mind.
THEN! I will have a little piece of delicious chocolate.

This was perfect! I was busying myself cleaning and thinking of the million and one things I need to do today when I heard my inner voice say sit down and just BE for a moment. Just as I sat down I noticed my BB had a message and it was this email saying STOP! Yes, perfect timing. I made a delicious banana and honey facial thats been on all morning as I was cleaning.. . and since there is an abundance of it left over I am going to take my luscious self into the bathroom and spread it all over my bod and dance before I shower it off and get back to my to do list

I love to do little things just for me to make me feel good about me such as getting my hair colored in a new way, getting my arms waxed [have you ever done that? How soft, sexy and feminine, or girly girl, that is!], getting pedicures, having my nails done in acrylic overlays, anything that makes me feel more feminine, sexy, and alive! Oh, to add to the above? The salon that I go to serves wine while you are getting all these services done. How cool is that?
stopped after watching the video, ate Thai Chile Lime Cashews, will get my hair cur & colored today – and tonight will SLOW DOWN and pack leisurely for my trip. Will spend some quiet time with the dogs today, too – and some time with my journal.

Bought 5 new pairs of panties yesterday. Put on a cute blue pair this morning. Loving the way they feel.
After watching this delicious video, I happily grabbed my favorite massage oil – a woman’s blend, and worked it into my own feet. Then a put a daub of rose oil over my heart to encourage it to keep telling me what it’s longing for moment by moment. Then I pulled out some of my favourite collage images and put them around my work area to remind me of what colorful things I love in life and what I’d like more of.

I put on my new white tight sexy t-shirt and I’m feeling the delicious breeze come through my window and caress my skin.
Getting ready for work today, I picked out a cute outfit, did my make-up, and then looked in the mirror and took a few minutes to revel in how great I looked. When I walked out the door, I was feeling confident and sexy!
im adding pleasure to my day by listening to the music that makes me feel good. and putting on my favorite jasmine hand lotion.
I work in an office with a lot of tech guys, my desk is immediately recognizable as I have a very pretty rose scented hand cream, and a beautiful rose coloured mug. It is small touches like these that make me feel at home wherever I am, and remind me I am a fabulous woman!

Oh, Mama ! Today is my birthday and even though I work at home, I put on a cute dress and shoes. I had a pink cupcake for breakfast and was taken out for a sushi lunch. I am enjoying my day as much as I can while still working on a multi $$ deal and runnig two businesses. I am way to valuable not to be taken care of !!!!
The other day, I found this cute free kittie cutouts from London-based illustrator Viv Schwarz http://www.vivianeschwarz.co.uk/freebies/cutoutcats.asp
I downloaded them, printed them out in a copy shop (treated myself to the big, high quality version), cut them out, and arrranged them on and around my desk (hiding behind pencils, looking at posters, frolicking across my printer and so on). It was fun to think where these cats could do the most mischief…
Now, every time I see them, it makes me smile!

What am I doing to add pleasure?
I took a walk earlier on one of the nicest breezy days on the East Coast, yeah even with the strong morning wind I took my time-it was fun.
I had a great conversation with the secretary at my therapist office and was so happy for her because she got in touch with her best friend from high school that she hadn’t seen for 18 years- such a heart touching story!
I’m taking a well deserved nap and then a well deserved bath with lavender epson salt, lavender is my fave scent. could be reversed.
reading and staying in- well, I’m currently living w/ mom and unemployed, haha!
watching a romantic comedy- haven’t decided which yet, Something’s got to give or maybe the holiday.
i’m reading Florence Scovel Shinn- The Game of Life and how to play it or atleast I think that’s it, LOL!
Last but not least- not sweating the small stuff and appreciating the little joyful things!

Watched video and relished the genius and deliciousness of MG. Belly laughed and extracted the sensation of that. Watched blog again! Read comments. Right on. I’m going commando to a business meeting tomorrow.
Emailed a SG an empowering opportunity for her. Took my hair extensions which should have been taken out 8 months ago!!!-and wrapped them around my head based on a look I saw the gorgeous Vanessa Paradis’ (Johnny Depp’s partner) do and admired that I looked cool and gorgeous. Put on lip-plumping Aveda lip stick. Lay naked on screened porch overlooking lake and listened deeply to the music of the wind.

meditation!! i go into bliss through deep meditation, leaving the body for higher realms speaking to my angel guides and my soul!!
then i come back to earth, and play with my pet bunny!
then i exercise, by jumping on my rebounder, which is serotonin-raising, and then do yoga..
then go out to nature to study in pure greenery. the calm of nature is soothing, along with the fairies in nature that speak to me.
and try to eat all the raw foods and green smoothies so i feel amazing!
being on a mostly raw food, green smoothie diet is naturally BLISSful!!

You are so contagious and I love being called to play. Today I got my hair cut so sassy and I love it. I flirted with this hot young guy at the beauty salon who was flirting back and we really enjoyed each other. I called a friend I haven’t been in touch with for awhile and invited her to join us for the summer solstice program I am putting on and she was thrilled and we loved reconnectiong. YIPPPEE!!! I wore sexy clothes that really define my body today.
I am reading your books, so I had a head start. Been finding ways to add pleasure since the morning…
-Added strawberries to my chocolate granola…
-Got some extra quality time with myself in the bathtub…
-Put on date makeup even though I was just with my kids…
-Wore exactly what I wanted to…
-Took my kids and my very grateful dog for a walk over the river (fun, and also the morning’s pleasures made me feel magnanimous)…
-Went out of my way to get ingredients for exactly the thing I want to make and eat for dinner, not the inaesthetic slop I could throw together out of what’s in the pantry…
-Let myself drop into a luxuriant nap while nursing…
I feel lucky. And a bit worn out from the walk. I think I will put lavender oil on my feet now.

I too love the hat. I spent my day at home reveling
in my own space, and pulled in a job that will pay me

I listen ,every morning,to a mediation site (Doreen Virtue – 4Angeltherapy). It is only 4 min! It helps me set the tone for my day – a day of gratitude, release, manifestations…..etc. I can only squeeze this in whilst my child is getting ready for preschool/swimming…etc.
But NOW i am going to add a minutes to stop and celebration of my “womanhood” and of “sisterhood: – i LOVE that. Thank you for reminding me of my power and diviness. I am now going up the street to buy flowers for the house and have just added some beautiful aromatherapy oils around the house to remind me to stop and “smell the roses” and feel my feminine beauty. Can’t wait for the rest of the homework.

Thanks for your pleasure assignments! Just wanted to share with you what I did for pleasure today – went to get a massage; baked some rye caraway seed bread in my bread machine; went to the Zumba class and sauna at the YMCA; played some piano and guitar just to keep my sorrows away; heading out to a nightclub with my friends for some line-dancing right now – finally an excuse to put my favorite dress on!

i’m the only woman in our office (i work in a warehouse), but i already have my favorite hand cream on reach, i also change the desktop picture every now and then, to something that makes me happy, and brought a nice new mug for my coffee. now i ordered our maintenance guy to bring me a nice room scent
I am cleaning the house and the yard with my cute new bathing suit on.
Mama I’m a huge fan and have been waiting for something like sistergoddess.com for years. One of my greatest dreams is to make it to your course! Have dreamt of finding other SGs in England and now I know about the SGs in London and soon – the World. Hooray! Have been watching this clip of you daily to inspire me.
Today I took my time getting ready to take my kids to playgroup, remembered how gorgeous I was when I looked in the mirror, wore my diamond bracelet, ate only what I really wanted, asked my husband to put the kids to bed this evening so I can have some me time now so that I can write this, paint my nails silver and do some pilates from my DVD. Oh and I also made sure I called my best friend when I thought of it while I made dinner. Following my desires and finding pleasure throughout the day is completely life changing and you are a Genius!

I got up this morning and went to get a foot massage for one hour. it was heavenly. I went to a spin class then got in the hot tub for 30 minutes, showered long and slow, washed my hair with new shampoo, put lotion all over my body, got dressed and spent 30 minutes writing in my journal. i am a previous mastery graduate and i learned my lessons well.

It’s official! Pole dancing finally came to Northern NJ and guess what? Yes, this SG has a BLAST!
Went out for coffee with a friend. I bought a new hair colour and can’t wait to try it. I am having two glasses of wine tonight, alone in my room, talking things out with myself and the divine in my life. Phoning my sister on our regular Sunday chat to keep in touch. We are on opposite ends of Canada. Petting my cat, making her feel good and letting myself enjoy the softness of her fur and the pleasure she has brought into my life.
