A page from the Rupture Rider’s playbook

Look around.

Everywhere you turn, the world is cracking open.

Plans fall apart.
Lovers ghost.
Bank accounts drain.
Text threads detonate.

And still, the great choreography of life carries on. The sun rises, the earth turns, the moon pulls the tides.

Every woman alive is getting her ass handed to her by something, right now – heartbreak, hormones, headlines, the sheer grind of being human.

And yet, here we are: still dancing, still laughing, still dripping with life.

The culture would have us believe that rupture is a problem to solve.

But a turned-on woman? She knows better.

She knows that pleasure isn’t a luxury – it’s a survival strategy. It’s what keeps her luminous when everything else goes dark.

So when the storm hits, she doesn’t flinch. She grabs her board, straddles the wave, and rides it like a wild thing in heat.

Like a queen on her knees in the church of “Holy Sh*t, I Didn’t See That Coming.”

Inside my work, there’s a name for this kind of resilience. I call it “Rupture Riding.”

It’s the art of turning breakdown into breakthrough – the practice of taking the raw material of pain and alchemizing it into radiance.

The secret?

Fattening your pleasure diet.

The times we’re living in are lean and devastating, which means we have to feast even more ferociously on what’s good.

We don’t starve ourselves on scarcity or numbness. We fill up on sensation, on gratitude, on the raw electricity that crackles between sisters.

Because when two women gather in the name of pleasure, the current amplifies.

Your turn-on feeds mine. Mine ignites yours. And together we plug into something infinite: the Great P*ssy in the Sky.

The GPS is that cosmic generator of gratitude. She doesn’t categorize her life into wins and losses. She worships everything – the miracle as much as the mess.

She purrs her “thank-you’s” through every plot twist, every heartbreak, every failed and foiled plan. Because she knows that rupture is just another chance at recalibration – an invitation to open wider, love deeper, praise louder.

To channel her is to live inside the field of infinite approval, where even the hardest, most soul-twisting moments are met with reverence rather than resistance.

So if you want to join me in the rupture-riding trenches, here’s a 4-part formula I recommend:

Dance your darkness → Self-Pleasure → Gratitude → Take Another Higher.

  • First, throw on a song that mirrors your mood and move your body to feel what’s in the way.
  • Next, self-pleasure to remember your body’s brilliance.
  • Then, name your gratitudes to anchor yourself in abundance. Write them down. Text them to a friend. Just get them out.
  • And finally, perform one radical act of anonymous good – call a sister and bathe her in affirmations. Leave muffins on your neighbor’s porch. Pay for someone else’s parking spot. Make a stranger’s day…simply because you’re alive and you can.

This is the architecture of resilience.
The alchemy of turn-on.
The way we stop bracing for impact and start worshiping what breaks us open.

Because it’s not your curated self that creates miracles – it’s the messy, surrendered, deeply grateful you.

The one who knows that destruction and devotion are just different dialects of the same divine language.

The one who falls apart and thanks the goddess for the privilege.

Be her.
Ride it.
Bless it all.

With love, rapture, and rebellion,
Regena
