Are they chaotic and stressful, like you’re running to catch a train that’s already left the station?
Are they chaotic and stressful, like you’re running to catch a train that’s already left the station?
Or do you carve out time in those sacred waking hours that’s just for you?
Do you leave (or not leave!) the house energized, lit-up, and in full command of your feminine power?
For most of us, mornings look one of two ways:
They can be stressful, chaotic, and rushed – where we wake up with looming to-do lists, jump to feed the kids, and hustle to get everyone (but you) breakfast-ed, dressed, and out the door with just enough time to begin our own eight-hour shift.
Or they can be exactly the opposite – where we start the day by avoiding everything – we hit the snooze button again and again, then pull the covers up and play with our screens for too long, before we dash, unshowered, to work or responsibilities. We might feel cranky and begrudging, paralyzed by our mountain of responsibilities, and searching out ways to evade them.
As women, we often inhabit twin ends of an unsustainable spectrum – from overdrive to depletion, marathon to sprint – with little space in-between for even the whisper of the thought of self-care.
Most of us are so busy trying to keep up with everything that we have to do, that we do not focus on our woman. And she is quietly starving, while our to-do lists get all the priority.
They are roadmaps for the rest of our day, our lives.
A morning ritual is about cultivating sacred time that empowers you to go through each day turned on, tuned in, and with your feminine powered all the way up.
That’s why I created this five-day challenge. To teach you – lesson by lesson – how to craft your very own morning pleasure ritual that will ground you powerfully, and change the shape of your days.
