Last week, I wrote a blog about the three D’s.
You might remember them – that dreaded trifecta of Doubt, Depression, and Devastation that seems to trip every woman up at some point in her journey.
And I want to know, which one – if any – are you?
Personally, I consider myself a recovering triple D.
I had a terminal, life-long case of self-doubt, which led to depression, and eventually landed me in devastation, where I set up camp for a very long stay.
It took years of research and practice to break free.
Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help other women do the same. To unhook from their D legacy through pleasure, sisterhood, and self-care.
Jacquie is one of those women. She is a coaching client of mine who had everything going for her – a thriving career, a formidable skillset, and BIG desires for how to share her gifts and talents with the world.
But Jacquie was stopped, sidelined, and stuck in D number one – Doubt.
Which, as we know, is just a hop skip and a jump from devastating consequences.
Jacquie came to me because she was inexplicably sinking.
Her plate was full of amazing opportunities, but she couldn’t say yes to a single one.
And even though she was capable, and fierce, and poised for greatness – Doubt was looming at every turn, convincing her otherwise.
So how exactly do we unhook from doubt? How do we set our Triple D’s aside, and reach for pleasure instead?
Check out this brief video to find out how Jacquie’s journey unfolded:
You see, Jacquie found her footing in Virtual Pleasure Bootcamp – my foundational online course.
She realized that turn-on is a state of being on the inside.
Where your spirit and body are one.
Your native enthusiasm is intact.
You’re in your right mind and your highest power.
Virtual Pleasure Bootcamp was Jacquie’s fast track out of Doubt and into higher orbit.
And it can be yours too!
