Let the thaw begin…

The Spring Equinox is here.

This is no ordinary change of seasons.

This is the Earth’s great sigh of pleasure, her cosmic exhale after the hush of winter.

It is the moment when darkness and light meet as equals, when the world shifts—stretching, softening, waking up.

And you, my love, are not separate from this rhythm. You are the rhythm.

Woven from the same wild forces that turn the tides and coax the blossoms open.

This is the moment the Earth remembers herself. And so must you.

But listen, this is not an order to bloom on command, to hustle, to “be productive.” No, darling. That’s the old way. The patriarchal way. The cold grip of winter still clinging to your bones.

This is an invitation to feel your own thaw. To notice what is stirring deep within after the deep freeze of winter. To listen. To tend. To trust.

Because, sister, your rebirth is not a performance. It is a sacred remembering. A return to your own aliveness, your own yearning, your own holy, untamed wholeness.

The Equinox asks you to honor the balance within yourself—between doing and being, giving and receiving, expansion and stillness.

What if this season, instead of pushing, prying, efforting…you chose to unfold?

What if you planted your intentions not from force, but from deep, undeniable desire?

What if you shed the old skins not with shame, but with reverence, like petals falling from a flower that has flaunted every drop of its beauty and flung every seed to the wind?

What if you allowed yourself to bloom…not for anyone else’s gaze, but as an act of devotion to your own radiant soul?

Try this simple ritual tomorrow morning, as you rise to greet the season:

🕯️ Light a candle at sunrise. Whisper a prayer of gratitude for the light returning to your life.
✍️ Write down three desires that are ready to take root. Not just goals—longings. The kind that stir deep in your belly, the kind that won’t be silenced.
🌳 Step outside. Press your bare feet to the Earth. Say: “I am ready. I am listening. I am part of this sacred transition.”

And throughout your day, let this mantra settle into your bones:

“As the Earth softens and opens, so do I. I honor what has been. I welcome what is coming. I trust in the timing of my own becoming.”

Spring is your moment to come back to life. Not in a rush, not in a blaze, but in reverence.

So, tell me, sister—what sacred part of you is ready to rise again?

With so much love and pleasure,
Regena
