Everything is truly figureoutable!
I am a woman in transition, at the moment.
Who else is on board that train?
I imagine a LOT of us.
Women are ever evolving, ever creating, ever changing. Even if we are stable in one area, there is going to be another part of our lives that requires expansion or evolution.
Static is just not part of the equation when you are living into your true feminine nature.
And I don’t know about you, but, change scares me.
When I know I have to start from scratch and go in a direction that I have never travelled, I can flat out panic.
Right now, I am in the process of changing everything about the way I run The School of Womanly Arts. I am taking the year off of teaching live classes, which is something I know and love in my very bones. Something I have been doing for 21 years! And this is my year to put the SWA programs online, so that I can reach women all over the world. But do I know how to do this? No way. Does anyone on my staff know anything about the online world? Nope. Are we all starting from scratch?? Yup, you got it.
And I have been filled with every fear and doubt imaginable. How could you give up something so great? What if the new business model does not work out? What do you think you are doing?
So in my moment of terror, a large miracle arrived in the mail.
A gorgeous book entitled, Everything is Figureoutable by one of my best friends in the world, Marie Forleo.
It was as if The Great Pussy in the Sky heard me, in my hour of need, and answered my prayer.
Marie is like that. Her timing is impeccable. Her friendship and love are so fierce. It was as if she had written this book for me, at this precise time, to jump down inside the trench of my fear of the unknown, and shine her radiant light on the way out of my self-created darkness.
I am suspecting that her timing is right for a lot of us.
Women are in such massive transition right now. We are either in the process of activating to new levels of power, or knowing that it is time and despite our fears, we need to activate. We each can feel, at a cellular truth level, where we are stretching and growing, and where we are shrinking. When it boils down to it, the only reason we have for putting a lid on our growth is fear. Fear so big we let it stop us. What Marie’s incredible book does, is to articulate the process of how to fight the demons of fear, replace them with hope, and take small baby steps to living into our limitless greatness.
And this book is not just for women, like me, who are making career changes. I took this book to the hospital and read it to my mom, every single day, as she was recovering from hip surgery. She loves this book so much, and kept saying how true every single page was.
Marie’s words allowed my mom to change her attitude about recovery.
When she found, at first, that she was unable to get out of bed by herself, after the surgery, she said, “don’t worry – we will figure this out!”. Instead of living in the post-surgery land of limitations and pain, my mom was inhabiting a new space – the land of Everything is Figureoutable. This is really impressive because I know that Marie’s words allowed her to plug into the power of hope and possibility, rather than the world of discouragement and despair.
Once again, the timing was perfect! The right book fell into the right hands at the right moment.
This could be your moment, too.
If there is a challenge you are facing, if you feel frustrated, depressed, and limited in the possibilities that you see in front of you. If you are in the midst of recovery, in the midst of transition, or simply ready for a new kind of inspiration, then grab Marie’s book, Everything is Figureoutable. From the opening pages, your load will lighten, the ideas will come, and a whole new world of possibility will open up for you.
With so much love and pleasure,
