Well, we all got THAT one wrong!!

Picture this…

You are at the birthday party.

The cake is baked.

The candles are lit.

The moment has finally arrived!

This is the one and only time per year that each of us gets to make a wish. And we blow it. (And no, I don’t mean the candles…)

How do we blow it? We keep the desire to ourselves. Tucked silently inside. And no one gets to know it, but us.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME (and a perfectly good wish) THAT IS?!

Lordisa, this makes me mad.

Wish wasting is a nearly punishable offense in my queendom.

And I get it, desires are…scary…sometimes.

Actually, lots of times. We can feel so vulnerable when we long for something (or someone) we do not have. That’s why the birthday wish silence has taken over. We were taught to honor the fear rather than step into the courage.

But here’s the thing, [First Name] – when we speak our desires, there is a lot of activation.

Not to mention you are getting a chance to own the expectation that these desires can ultimately be fulfilled.

When you speak your longings, you are taking a massive action that will change the outcome of things at warp speed.

Having your desires heard by another human being is a powerful alchemical step.

It is actually the courage required to speak the desire aloud – and then share that desire with others – that ultimately begins the journey of bringing any desire to life.

So, will you speak your desires to someone today?

And will you ask a loved one to tell their desires to you, so you can give them the wings they deserve?
