Today we are going to continue our discussion of the triple D’s.
Doubt, Depression, and Devastation.
The three most common reasons women find themselves stuck.
For years, I was the poster child for each and every D.
I suffered from constant Doubt (watch yesterday’s video for more context), and Depression followed closely on its heels.
I tried everything from therapy and self-help classes, to meditation and celibacy, to self-medicating and behaving recklessly…but none of it worked. None of it was enough.
What really changed the game for me was pleasure.
So, I have a question for you: What have you done today that makes you feel lit up, happy, beautiful, sexy, and alive? What have you done to PLEASE yourself?
If you don’t have an answer to that question, Sister, you’re not alone.
For so many women I encounter, pleasure is a foreign and far away concept.
The World Health Organization estimates that more than 300 million people suffer from depression worldwide. One in four women will experience it, and of those, only one in five will ever seek treatment.
But these are not the odds I want for you, for us.
These statistics can be re-written and changed for the better.
And it all starts with a conscious return to pleasure.
Take a look at this video to learn more about the steps you can take – today, right now – to find your way out of depression and into your highest power.
And guess what?
We practice this mood-shifting, mind-altering, cell-aligning chemistry EVERY DAY in Virtual Pleasure Bootcamp – my signature online program that starts next week.
There are just a few days left to enroll, and I want you to take that step with me.
To sweeten the deal, I’ve also extended our Early Bird pricing offer through Midnight PST tonight, which means an extra $200 off the usual price if you book in the next 19 hours!
Together, we will bid farewell to the three D’s, and welcome pleasure back home.
With so much love and pleasure,
P.S.
