Today I want to talk about the third of our three D’s.
Brace yourself – this is a big one, sisters.
The mother of all D’s, the root of a woman’s paralysis, and the very reason I created the School of Womanly Arts in the first place – Devastation. (To find out how I got there, see yesterday’s video on Depression.)
When you’re in this place, and fighting to get out, there’s nothing you won’t try.
At least, that was my experience.
From self-destruction to celibacy, you name it, I gave it a shot.
It wasn’t until I became a dedicated student of pleasure, that I was able to heal and move forward from my triple D diagnosis.
These days, there’s so much to feel.
So much to be hurt over, enraged by, and dismayed about.
And we worry that if we don’t bury our emotions – push them away and out of sight – that they’ll eat us alive.
It’s a constant game of swallow or be swallowed.
So we do the former to avoid the latter, and cut ourselves off from feeling altogether.
But there’s a different way, a radical approach.
It starts next week, and I want to tell you all about it.
Check out this video I created on using pleasure to reverse devastation. All it takes is a little bit of turn-on, and permission to feel deeply.
If you’re in this space of doubt, depression, devastation – or any of the D’s in-between – I want you to join me tomorrow (Thursday) for a special Q&A about Bootcamp.
I want you to gather all the questions you have about my upcoming course, Virtual Pleasure Bootcamp, and bring them with you to the Q&A. I mean it – anything you’re curious to know!
I will be walking you through the course highlights and sharing more about each of my eight Womanly Arts as they relate to pleasure, turn-on, and breaking the triple D cycle.
Let’s talk pleasure, and take on the D’s in sisterhood!
With so much love and pleasure,
