What is the fiercest medicine we have? And why aren’t we using it?

There is genius in our darkness.

Genius we’ve been taught to silence. To suppress. To ignore.

Most of us will live our whole lives never knowing that the very thing we’re afraid to feel is the key to our freedom.

(That’s why I created A Woman Unbound. And why I’m offering it to you, completely free. Find out more right here.)

See, we’ve been trained – by culture, history, and generations of unspoken rules – to keep a lid on our emotions.

To stay small.
To stay polite.
To stay “fine.”

If I were to burst into tears over the last spoonful of my Trader Joe’s crunchy, no-salt almond butter – because I know I won’t get more for weeks, and my morning depends on that divine nuttiness – I would probably laugh at myself.

And everyone around me would too.

“It’s just almond butter, Regena.”

But we know the truth. It’s never just almond butter.

It’s the loss of control. The disruption of routine. The fear of the unknown. The ache for comfort in a world that keeps slipping out of our hands.

We are in times we’ve never experienced before. And the emotional bandwidth it requires just to stay upright, to keep showing up, to keep pretending we’re okay? It’s astronomical.

So we shut it down. We hit the brakes on our feelings. We tighten our grip on “okay” because it’s what we think the world needs from us.

But here’s what no one tells you: Shutting down has consequences.

When we suppress our emotions, when we disconnect from what’s true in our bodies just to get through the day – we begin to numb.

We feel blank. Hopeless. Depressed. Like nothing matters. Like we don’t matter.

And all the while, a storm is brewing beneath the surface.

Unfelt grief.
Unspoken rage.
Unprocessed fear.

It doesn’t disappear. It metastasizes. And the only way back to ourselves is through.

When a woman reconnects to her emotional truth – no matter how inconvenient, how loud, how messy – she begins to feel alive again.

Which is why, starting September 12th, I’m leading a 4-day online experience called A Woman Unbound that will unlock your capacity to feel fully, express wildly, and reclaim the parts of you you’ve been taught to bury.

This isn’t about managing your emotions or mastering your mindset, my dear.

It’s about inviting every forgotten part of you to the party: The grief. The fury. The ecstacy. The overwhelm – and relishing the raw power that returns when you stop exiling your truth.

Because what we feel, we can heal.

This experience was made to free you from the spin of indecision, the quiet rage of not-enoughness, the too-muchness you’ve been shamed for, and the chronic overwhelm of a culture that rewards our numbness over our knowing.

Consider it your permission slip to come undone.

To break the silence.
To break the rules.
To break open.

Together, in the privacy of our own homes, we’ll move every drop of what we’re feeling through our bodies – without shame or apology. We’ll turn emotion into motion, and motion into freedom.

So, if you’re tired of holding it together, of feeling flat, of numbing out on Netflix just to make it through the day…

If you’ve been drifting since the pandemic, unsure of what you want, or who you are now…

If your deepest desires feel distant or unreachable…

It’s time to try something radically different. Something ancient. Primal. Holy. It’s time to COME UNBOUND.

We begin in September.
