1. Write your Rage Mantra or Grief Poem.
Let the fury have its say. Let the heartbreak speak. Shape it into a spell, a prayer, a punchline, a prophecy. Rhyming optional. Truth required.
2. Commit to One Radical Act of Self-Care.
What would feel deeply, wildly, irrationally good right now? A bath by candlelight? Leaving your phone on airplane mode for the evening? Ordering takeout and watching a sad movie in silk pajamas? Choose it. Do it. Name it.
3. Keep Swamping – Unleash, Unravel, Unbind.
Today, you were introduced to the Swamp. Now it’s time to take it deeper on your own. Put on music that stirs something real – rage, grief, longing – and let your body lead. Wail, shake, sob, whisper. Try different movements, sounds, and tempos. Let it be messy, wild, holy. Then rest and feel what’s moved. (Need some musical inspo? Check out our designated Grief and Rage Swamp Playlists!)
4. Shout it From the Rooftops.
Head to the Facebook group. to share what moved through you today. Frame today’s session. Brag tonight’s Swamp. Reflect on your rage mantra. Tell us how your self-care soothed you, grounded you, or surprised you. Don’t just tell us what you did — tell us how it felt. This is your space to be seen, supported, and celebrated. Don’t hold back.
